How to Apply?

Getting started at ACVET is easy! Begin your journey by completing the online ACVET Student Application Form. Once submitted, our team will guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth enrollment process. Start today and take the first step toward achieving your career goals in Australia!

Are you interested in
studying with ACVET?

Our application process will require students to complete a course interview with one of our representatives. You will also need to meet the entry requirements of your respective course.

Once your application has been approved by ACVET’s admissions team, you will receive an Offer Letter detailing your course, tuition fees and all relevant terms and conditions. Before you accept, check all the conditions on your offer letter.



Once you accept your Offer Letter and make initial deposit payment as outlined in your Offer Letter, you will be issued your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). Please remember that you will need this Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) document to apply for your student visa.
Step 1: Fill out ACVET online application form
You can complete the application form online by going on the link above. Please note that you will need the following to submit your application:
Scanned copy of your passport
Certified Academic Transcript and qualification from Year 12 or Above (translated into English)
Resume (if available)
Step 2: Receive and accept your Offer Letter.
Return the signed Offer Letter and Student Agreement to ACVET.
Step 3: Participate in a  course interview with one of ACVET's representatives
In this step, you'll have a one-on-one interview with an ACVET representative to discuss your course interests,
goals, and how the program can best support your learning journey.
Step 4: Make your initial fees deposit. 
Making your initial deposit, allowing you to proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 5: Complete  ACVET English Placement Test  with one of ACVET's representatives (only applicable if valid English proficiency evidence not provided).
Take the ACVET English Placement Test if you haven't submitted valid proof of English proficiency,
ensuring you're placed in the right course level.
Step 6: Receive your  Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
Once you have completed all the steps, our team will review your application and then you will receive your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).

Note: Some students may be required to provide additional evidence when applying for a student visa. To check what evidence you will have to provide please visit the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) website here and enter your country of passport and our college’s CRICOS number (04008D).
